Graymills CRM Backup

This informational website describes a restricted internal utility being developed to protect Graymills Corporation’s CRM records and supporting uploaded files.

The planned process creates encrypted backup archives and stores them in a designated area of an authorized Google Drive account. Access is limited to the account owner and authorized backup administrators.

How the utility is intended to work

Export authorized CRM database records and supporting uploaded files.
Encrypt backup archives before uploading them to Google Drive.
Maintain scheduled and administrator-initiated backups, with a planned 30-day daily retention policy.
Verify backup integrity and test recovery in an isolated environment before any Production restoration.

Current status: This backup utility is being configured. This page does not imply that scheduled backups are already operating.

Google Drive access

The intended authorization uses Google’s drive.file scope, permitting the utility to create and manage its own backup files. It is not intended to read unrelated Drive documents or share backup archives publicly.
